Cake Arrangements
A standard flower arrangement is included, any extra flowers required will be carged accordingly. Our cake arrangements are created by one of the best Florists on the Island. Ribbon is also included but can be supplied by the wedding couple to hcolour match the theme.
Please bring or email any pictures or colour swatches that you may want to include or duplicate. So we will be able to offer some helpful advice on planning this aspect of your wedding.

Fondant is a neutral sweet sugar paste used on most Wedding cakes to give them a smooth a perfect look. It is sometimes confused with almond or marzipan icing. Marzipan is what you would use under fondant on a fruit cake but is only used on fruit. When you use fondant on a cake it is smooth and creamy and the flavour of the cake is enhanced.
We use only the very best of fresh seasonal ingredients. We do not use premix in our cakes. Our products are baked individual and are only made in very small batches to preserve the authentic flavor, hence the reason why it tastes so good.
