Payments can be made with cash, Bank cheque, Handy cards ( Cirus or Meltos) Telegraphic Transfer or any Major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Price:     At the moment we have a special of only NZ$1200 per couple per night for the entire villa. But Villa can sleep six (6) people, (*bedding as guests require) each extra person is $100 per adult per night or Children 12 years and under is $80 per night. This offer is valid if booked within the next 3 months. 30.07.10 – 30.11.10  

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Normal price:    $3800 per couple per night

Extra persons: $200.00 per night

Extra Child: 12yrs & under $180.00 per night

1 April- 30 September: Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, will be charged 100% cancellation fee.

1 October – 30 March (excl 22 December- Jan): Cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

22 December to 10 January: Prepayment for full stay is required upon reservation. Thereafter, no refund will be given for any cancellation or shorten of stay.

No show, early departures and shorten stay is subject to full cancellation charges.
